What you need to know for your first class!

1. What should your son/daughter wear?
Girls - leotards are not necessary but your daughters are welcome to wear one.  Shorts and a t-shirt is fine as long as it is not to loose and if they have long hair please make sure it is tied back.  Boys - shorts and a t-shirt are perfect. Participants will enter the gym with bare feet.

2. Are masks mandatory?
No, but if you child ever feels more comfortable wearing one they can choose to do so.

3. Can parents watch?
YES!!  We have a viewing area located in our foyer where you can watch your child but it is not mandatory.
You are more than welcome to drop them off and then pickup at the end of the class.  Just a reminder, parents are not permitted in the gym.  Should you need to speak to a coach please do so before or after class in the foyer.

4. Where are you located?
From the QEW  - exit at Lyons Creek Rd.  Turn right onto Montrose, our building 9515 Montrose Rd. will be on the left (the Concentrix building). Turn left into the second entrance (the right side of the building) and make your way straight down the side of the building, our entrance is the second red awning.

5. Parent & Tot participants?
You will be joining your athletes in the gym.  Make sure you wear clothing that will allow you to interact and participate in helping your little one in the gym as they receive instructions from their coach.

6. Sick Policy
If your child is sick please have them stay home and follow recommended Public Health guidelines.  If your child does miss a class for any reason we unfortunately do not have make up classes available.
